1. Agreement to these terms
By using this website and its interactive prototype, you agree to these interim terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to this pre-launch website at startanyway.vercel.app, its content, and the interactive prototype/demo. The Start Anyway mobile app has not been released; when it launches, it will have its own separate terms.
3. The prototype is a demo
The interactive prototype on this site is a work-in-progress demonstration, provided "as is". It runs in your browser, does not store your data, and its features, screens, copy, points, streaks, and rewards are illustrative and may change. It is not the final product.
4. Early access & the waitlist
Joining the early-access list is not a purchase. It does not guarantee access, a specific launch date, a price, or any particular feature. Plans, timelines, and pricing may change at any time before launch.
5. Not professional advice
Start Anyway is a productivity and habit tool. Nothing on this site is medical, psychological, financial, or other professional advice.
6. Intellectual property
The Start Anyway name, wordmark, copy, visual design, and prototype are owned by the founder. Please don't copy, redistribute, or reuse them without permission.
7. Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site: no attempting to break or overload it, scrape it abusively, reverse-engineer it for harmful purposes, or use it for anything unlawful.
8. Third-party links & services
This site links to third-party services (for example, the founder's Instagram) and loads resources from providers such as Vercel and Google Fonts. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or policies.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and prototype are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this pre-launch site or prototype.
11. Changes to these terms
These are interim terms and may be updated as the product develops. The final terms will be published when the app launches on the App Store and Play Store.
12. Governing law
The governing law and jurisdiction for these terms will be finalized when the app launches, under the laws of the jurisdiction where Start Anyway is formally established.
